We are three students going into third year of university looking for a fourth housemate. Three story spacious town house within a 5 minute walk to Dundee University campus, 15 minutes walk to City Centre with Bus stops and convenience stores nearby. Washing Machine, Shared Kitchen and Living space, Driveway and Garage included. Double glazed windows and central heating. Additional bills such as WiFi and electricity are not included in price shown however an estimate can be provided upon request.

We are two art students and one education student who enjoy a calm and clean living environment. We enjoy spending time together in our shared living space, movie nights and wine nights too.

Available bedroom is on the third floor with a window, en-suite bathroom and mirrored wardrobe included. Furniture in photos not included, however alternate furniture is available if needed.
