Mon - Fri let
I have a large double room becoming available in my flat on Baxter Park Terrace, Dundee DD4.
The room is bright and spacious, with good natural light from large traditional windows. It can be taken unfurnished, or there may be the option to buy the current furniture separately from the outgoing tenant, including a double bed and desk setup.
The flat is beside Baxter Park, with local shops and transport links nearby, and easy access into Dundee city centre.
I’m looking for someone respectful, reliable and easy to live with. The flat is calm and comfortable rather than a party flat, so it would suit someone who is tidy in shared spaces, pays rent and bills on time, and is considerate around guests, noise and day-to-day communication.
Rent is £600 per month, with bills usually around £70 per month from each tenant. Council tax band: C.
The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living space. The landlord is aware that I’m looking for a replacement flatmate, and the final approval / tenancy side will go through the proper process.
When messaging, please include a bit about yourself, what you do for work or study, when you would want to move in, how long you are looking to stay.
