The room

1 room available in house share at Shepherds Loan. The room itself is furnished, has a shelf, boiler storage unit, cupboard/wardrobe. There is a toilet right next to the room. There is another shared toilet/bathroom upstairs with a bathtub and shower. There is a washing machine available for use next to this bathroom. The living room is very spacious and furnished, perfect for socialising. The kitchen has facilities including dishwasher, George Foreman, Storage for utensils and spice rack, microwave, stove, fridge, dehydrator, air fryer, kettle. We have a really large garden, where we sometimes host grills. We also have a hammock and a lot of storage space for things that are not immediately needed. The property is very close to Magdalen green, just a 4 minute walk and is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. there are multiple shops nearby. There are currently 3 people living here, one of them is leaving and we’re looking for a new housemate :) Please message if interested.
