Two nicely decorated and furnished double rooms are available. Both rooms include two spacious cupboard/storage spaces.

The flat is currently shared by me and two female students who are both moving on. This is a female preferred flat, however is still open to all. Both students and non-students would be considered. I am 21 so someone of a similar age would be preferable. Bills may be slightly more for non students due to council tax purposes.

There is a living area with a TV, a nice kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a bathroom, shower room, and toilet.

Located on the 4th floor and back-facing, the flat gets lovely natural light throughout the day.

It's in the city center of Dundee, perfectly located for the University of Dundee or Abertay. The Seagate bus station is a 5-minute walk, and Dundee train station is a 10-minute walk.

The rent is £475 per month, which includes all bills: gas/electricity, factoring, TV and broadband, and insurance.
