Flatmate replacement

Looking for a potential replacement of my flatmate who’s leaving to London in 1st of August. The flat has too rooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. It has a great location minutes away from the university of Dundee, Magdalen park and perth road. The building has a small shared garden to access for bbq etc.

The flat would be ideal for mature students if they looking for a quiet and cozy place to call home. Ideally looking for a student to avoid council tax, unless you are professional and welling to take care of the council tax yourself. Viewing is highly recommended.

Rent is £375
Bills around £70 a month each including wifi
Council tax around £165 after student discount

About me:
Final year PhD student on special education needs. I spend most of my weekdays studying either at uni or sometimes from home. Weekends are my time to chill, meet friends and socialise. I’m friendly, organised, clean and respect boundaries and hoping to find similar qualities of flatmate.
