Stobswell room available

All you see is what will be in the room minus the piano, monitors and bookshelfs. the bathroom and living room will be a shared space. 20minutes walk away from the city centre, however there are multiple bus stops within 2 minutes of the flat. We have currently have a 21 year old and a 22 year old roommate one male and one female. Each with their own rooms looking to fill this room out for July 1st. We're a social, would love to work together with you in making the home feel like a lovely and spacious place to be and respect private time. We want to be friends as well as roommates with you. The property is fully furnished all you would need with yourself is just clothes and other items for you room. Everything else you can think of we have it already.
