The apartment is fully furnished and has a recently renovated, well-equipped kitchen. There is also a comfortable shared living room, perfect for enjoying a meal together or relaxing with a movie. The bathroom includes a combined bathtub and a shower.

The room itself is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers, and a separate walk-in closet/storage area.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the university and a 15-minute walk from the city centre. There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and a park nearby. The bus stop is only a short walk away, with convenient connections to Ninewells and Perth. Paid parking is available across the street.

Rent is £450 per month, with gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi bills averaging approximately £45 per month.

You will be sharing the flat with three lovely women: two professionals and one student. We are looking for a tidy, considerate, and friendly female tenant who will be a good fit for the flat.
