Seeking house mate as of 1st of August.

Double room available in a 4 bedroom house with 3 social young professionals. We are all girls aged 25 - 28.

We all get along well and enjoy shared activities including cooking, hill walking and watching films together.

Chill vibe in the house but everyone is respectful of each other's space.

The room has a double bed, closet with lots of storage and full length mirror, desk and chair.
The house has four WCs so you will have one that is for your personal use, while the shower room is shared.

Lots of space in the kitchen and living room!

One-car garage and two-car driveway. Currently a two car household. There is free parking available on the street.

House also has a working washing machine and a back garden.

Young professionals preferred but will consider grad students.

Rent - £375.
Bills not included - £50/£100 a month, depending on usage.
Council tax band E.
