Beautiful Dundee Flat overlooking Dundee

Overview-
I am actively looking for a flatmate to share my flat as I move into 4th year of uni.

-The room-
You will have your own double room and large personal bathroom. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers (not in pic), full-length wardrobe, and desk + chair. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, large mirror, and bath/shower.

-The property-
The flat is situated on the 2nd floor of Dalgleish House. This allows for the stunning views over the city. Located on the edge of Dudhope Park, it is a walking distance to the city centre, and approx. 15-minutes (walk) to both Abertay and Dundee Universities.
There is a large kitchen (my personal fav room), a shared living room and a small store cupboard for jackets, shoes etc.
The kitchen:
-large fridge/freezer
-microwave
-oven
-kettle
-toaster
-washing machine
-coffee machine
-lots of storage space

The building is relatively quiet, so loud parties/music would not be appropriate. The property is a student-only let. (Professional may be considered but you would pay council tax).

-The area-
The flat is one of the nicer areas of Dundee- Law area.
The park is quite big, and I usually go for walks to take a break. The is also a tennis court, basketball court, skate park, and large grass area. The Dundee Law (hill) is also situated behind the property if that is of any interest.

-Me-
I'm going into 4th year Medicine at Dundee uni, so I will be studying a lot as your flatmate. I really enjoy cooking and exploring different cuisines, so if you're a foodie we'll get on well :). Gym, hiking, and wellbeing are also my passions.
