2 Students looking for a flatmate to fill the empty 3rd room from August onwards. We are both studying at Abertay University, but the apartment sits right across from Dundee University, making it a 5-minute walk to either Campus. :)

We keep the flat clean and do not enjoy partying, drinking or smoking. Generally keep to ourselves but like to watch a movie, TV show or play some board games together every now and then. Looking for a similarly minded flatmate or mature student, as we would like to keep the peace and quiet and live with someone responsible. Rent is sent to West End Property (Landlord), and the rest of the bills are sorted by Jeremy (1st flatmate). Making monthly payments really simple.
