Room in a sunny two-bed with a lovely view

I am moving out of my amazing flat, and am looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is large, with double bed, chest of drawers, desk and two large wardrobes. It has so much storage I never managed to fill it all!

The bathroom has a very good shower over a bath.

The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a microwave, toaster and kettle.

The living room is the best part, is it large and flooded with natural light. Two huge armchairs, comfy sofa and a dining table still leave plenty space for hosting. We get amazing views of Magdalen green and the Tay river, with sunsets that I will miss watching from our window seat every night!

The flat is on the top floor and we have our own landing. There is also a communal front and back garden that is maintained by the council.

You would be living with my lovely flatmate Emma, a 30yo professional. She is very clean and fun to live with! She is looking for a fellow professional to move in who is clean and likes a laugh.

Our landlord is private and lives locally. We are her only property, and she is very attentive and caring.
