Stobswell Flat - 3rd Floor (Top) - 1 Room

The Room

Hiya,
We are two ex-students looking for a third person to move into the spare room we have ASAP. Our old flatmate moved out a few months ago but the rent is just a little too expensive for the two of us to keep paying by ourselves.

You can expect to pay £300 per month for rent, and around £100-£150 on the other bills and council tax (band A I believe).
The flat is located in the middle of Stobswell with easy access to Lidl (2 minute walk) and various bus stops. We are situated on the top floor of the building so there are stairs to deal with. We have a shared kitchen and living room along with a garden that is shared with the other occupants of the building, though it's usually empty.

We've had no issues with deliveries or massively noisy neighbours in the year that we've been staying here. Though the walls of the flat do let some noise through.

We are looking ideally for another guy that's into similar things as us (gaming, music, anime/manga, smoking (the green variety), bouldering, skating or anything adjacent). We are usually up later in the night but keep it pretty quiet.
