Hi,
Myself and 2 other students are medical students starting 1st year this September. We all have previous biomedical science degrees.
We would love to find a fourth flat mate to share this advertised flat with us on 10 Paton’s lane.
We anticipate that energy and electricity will cost on average around £55 a month and broadband would be around £8 each.
We don’t mind if you’re a student or working. If you are working, monthly rent including CT is £558 including the 25% single person discount.
We’re going to be quite busy but would love to spend some evenings together chilling, cooking together, watching films. We are also up for pub crawls. We’re considering joining the badminton society together as a flat so if we’d love it if you’d like to join us for that.
