Seeking house mate as of 1st of September.

En-suite double room available in a 4 bedroom house with 3 female flatmates.

We all get along well and enjoy shared activities including cooking, hill walking and watching films together.

Chill vibe in the house but everyone is respectful of each other's space.

The room has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, closet with lots of storage and full length mirror, desk and chair.
The house also has 3 other toilets that are shared by all housemates.

Lots of space in the kitchen and living room!

One-car garage and two-car driveway. Currently a one-car household. There is also free parking available on the street.

House also has a working washing machine and a back garden.

Young professionals preferred but will consider students.

Rent - £425.
Bills not included - £50/£100 a month, depending on usage.
