Seeking house mate as of 1st of October.

Double room available in a 4 bedroom house with 3 female flatmates.

A very sociable house, we get along well and enjoy shared activities including cooking, hill walking and watching films together.

Chill vibe in the house but everyone is respectful of each other's space.

The room has a double bed, closet with lots of storage and full length mirror. There is also storage throughout the house that can be used

Private WC on the same floor, and 2 other toilets throughout the house. Shower room is shared.

Lots of space in the kitchen and living room!
x2 fridge/freezers which is shared between 2 people.

One-car garage and two-car driveway. Currently a one-car household. There is also free parking available on the street.

House also has a working washing machine and a back garden which is managed by the letting agency.

Please only enquire if you are a female student. Starting day of the lease is 1/10 but I am flexible for an earlier start date if needed.

Bills not included - £30-£60 per month
Deposit is typically one months rent
