Hi, we are two post-graduate girls looking for a fun, easy going flatmate! As recent graduates, someone in a similar life stage would be ideal although we are very open if you are the right fit.
The room has a great view of the Tay, and comes furnished with a double bed with underneath storage, a wardrobe, dressing table/ desk, bedside table and chest of draws. You are welcome to bring additional furniture where it fits.
The shared spaces include a bathroom, toilet and joint living room/ kitchen!
The flat is situated a minutes walk from two corner shops and a park, and a bus stop is right outside. Both the centre of town and Ninewells hospital are just a 25 minute walk away, while Dundee uni is a 15 minute walk.
There is free street parking outside the flat, and a large shared garden out the back.
