We have 2 rooms available in our 4 bedroom all girls flat ready to move in as soon as possible. we're looking for flatmates that will enjoy our cosy home! 🩷

- rent £475/month, bills ~45/month
- ground floor flat with secure entry
- across the road from abertay university, 10 mins walk from dundee university, 5 minutes to lidl
- 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shared storage, and a combined kitchen/living room
- please note that some of the furniture seen in the photos is not included with the room as they belong to the previous tenants. all rooms come with a chest of drawers, desk, and wardrobe.

About us:
- final year medical student, and 2nd year marine biology student
- keeps a clean house, enjoys socialising as a flat but also enjoys alone time
- while we are an all girls flat, please bear in mind that some of us have male partners and friends that visit often in case this isn't something you would be comfortable with
