The flat is ideally located, being less than a 10min walk to the University of Dundee and just a 5min walk to the local Co-op. On street car parking is available.
The ideal flatmate is clean, non-smoking and respects both personal space and the need for a quiet, relaxed home environment without frequent hosting(Parties). Due to my work schedule, I am rarely home giving you plenty of private space.
