I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a flat located on Castle Street (DD1), which really close to Dundee train station and bus stops, tesco, cafes, and a short walk to both University of Dundee and Abertay University. It also suits people who want to commute to St Andrews, you can take 99 bus which runs every 10 minutes.

The room is fully furnished with a standard double bed, a built-in closet, desk + chair, a two seat sofa, a nightstand and dresser and it has plenty of natural light.

-there are two bathrooms for 4 people
-high-speed wifi optional

I’m looking to move out ASAP! :)

Bills (gas, electricity, wifi) would be around £50 in summer and around £70-90 in winter.
