Sunny, spacious double room by Baxter Park

Hello, my lovely flatmate is moving to London, so looking for someone to move in from October 11th! The flat is right next to Baxter park and is about a 25mins walk from town. It is well linked through buses.

The room is spacious and includes a double bed, built-in shelves, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is a shared living room/kitchen with tall ceilings, large windows, and natural wooden floors. The bathroom has recently been renovated!

The flat is Council Band A, bills come to roughly £65 a month. The rent is currently £407.50 but will be going up to £425 in January.

I am a postgrad student at St Andrews. I like crafting, cooking, and watching movies. Looking for a tidy flatmate who likes to chill and chat! Message if you're interested and tell me a bit about yourself!
