Spacious Double Room - Dundee City Centre Flat

Hi, I am a friendly, easy-going 2nd year student in Dundee University offering a room in a spacious, top floor two-story flat. It is in a convenient city centre location near the bus station, train station and Dundee and Abertay University campuses.

The bedroom is a fully furnished, large and bright double bedroom. It contains a double-bed, office chair, desk, drawers, bedside table, day chair and a walk in wardrobe providing lots of storage. Room dimensions - 4.3m x 3.6m. All common spaces are shared inlcuding a huge open-plan living room/dining room, a good sized and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with an electric shower.

You will be sharing with Ruari (me), I am a considerate, clean and reliable flatmate who will keep the shared spaces tidy. I respect personal space and quiet times while still being able to enjoy a relaxed homely atmosphere where we can chat and hang out.

The initial period will be 6 - 12 months with option to extend.
Monthly rent is £475 bills not included.
For 1 person, the electricity bills for the last two months were around £50 each month + £25.99 each month for WiFi.
The flat is Council Band C (100% student council tax exemption)
There is free private parking space.
