Two rooms available in Perth Road flat

Hi, I’m a 4th year medical student at the University of Dundee looking for two flatmates in a first floor 3-bedroom Perth Road flat with incredible views over the Tay. The flat is located near Harris Academy and less than a minute from a Perth Road bus stop. Less than a 20-minute walk from Dundee University campus, a 35-40 minute walk from Ninewells hospital, with many Perth Road shops a 5-minute walk away. The flat comes with one private parking spot and lots of parking space on the adjacent road.

The flat is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, and separate chest freezer. The common space (separate kitchen and living room) are shared and great for having groups of people round. There is also a large amount of communal storage available in the hall.

The first room being offered is a double bed room with an attached en-suite (toilet and sink) and furniture (cupboard, desk, bedframe, and mattress) included.

The second room being offered is a double bed room with a large cupboard built into the wall, and furniture (desk, bedframe, and mattress) included.

The flat is located in a family residential area so we try to keep the noise down (i. e. no yelling or blasting music) past 9pm. Looking for female flatmates who like to hang out and chill (the living room is fantastic for movie/board game night!).

Monthly rent is £400, not including bills and utilities.
The flat is Council Band E (100% student exemption).
