Looking for a mature, quiet, clean flatmate. You'll be free to edit/decorate the room as you please although I'm sure you'll want to keep the pink curtains. TV (optional) - If you want it on the wall just let me know (image attached).
Professional male, if I'm not working I'm either studying, keeping fit or recovering. Easy going, respectful of others and their space. I also have some young children who visit occasionally although we spend most of our time in Edinburgh with family.
Local Gym is within walking distance with a retail park nearby too. Neighbours are quiet, nice street overall. Town centre is also with-in walking distance although some might disagree.
PLEASE NOTE: The flat is a little outdated. The plan is to rent the room out & cover the cost of renovations/upgrades over the next 1-2 years.
The living area will be out of bounds initially but hopefully have it finished with-in a couple months.
Rent is £400 per month plus deposit.
