I have a room available in a 2 bed flat. I'm looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful of others space. I work full time and with other stuff on the side and trying to keep fit, I'm not in the flat much.
The flat is quite old inside with the plan being to renovate one room at a time. That won't interfere with anyone living in the property. But probably worth mentioning. Living area will be put of bounds for the first month or so until it's finished.
