Single room in Dundee city center

Our flat is fully furnished and locates in city center. It's easy to take bus or train, and go shopping.

I share this flat with other 3 friendly students. My exchange study will finish and I'll go out in Nov, so I'm searching new flatmate.

We have 2 bathroom and shared kitchen. Living room and own room have large window, so it's bright and low humidity.

This flat has great access to everywhere. If you go Ninewells, St Andrews, you can get its bus stop in 5 minute. And, you can go reasonable supermarket by walk. (Lidl in 10 min, Tesco Extra in 15 min)

Bill: ￡35~40 per month (electricity, gas, wifi)

Furniture in your own room: desk, chair, shelf, single bed, closet, heater

Shared Furniture: cleaner, TV, sofa, washing machine, dryer, fridge, rice cooker, air fryer, microwave, electric kettle, some dishes

council tax band: C (If you are student, you don't have to pay)
