Hello :) I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this beautiful and spacious flat. The room will be available in January 2027.

The flat is located near the Law and Dudhope Park (great for walks and views) and the nearest place for drinks/socialising would probably be Canvas. It is a very peaceful area :)

The bedroom available is the one in the photos - this is a photo from before I moved in/decorated it so you can get a clearer idea what is will look like when you take the room. As you can see, you will need to provide a bed. There is other furniture in the room (chest of drawers, wardrobe etc.). This belongs to me but I am up for leaving some of it for the next tenant. Happy to negotiate this if you are interested in the room.

As you can see from the photos, the rest of the flat is very beautiful with a homely vibe, good lighting and nice furnishings/design. It has a:

- shared living room with a wood burning stove and comfy couches.
- a fully equipped, spacious kitchen (with a back kitchen/utility room and a clothes pulley as well).

You will be sharing with Iffat, who is currently studying her phD in architecture. Her interests include cooking, art, music, travel, coffee, exploring Dundee and further afield.
