City centre flat with 2 female student flatmates

We are a student female household from India. We are ideally looking for another female student or working professional. If you are a working professional you will be liable for council tax yourself. That might be shared when the other flatmate finishes her studies in January, however she could move out then or shortly afterwards so be aware about this.

We would consider a male from Indian or similar background if we have friends who know you and can vouch for you and we feel at easy with you. Otherwise this is really only for females to apply.

It’s fully furnished, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge & freezer, electric heating, WiFi, oven and electric hob, vacuum, microwave, kettle, toaster. Bring your own bedding and kitchenware.

Council Tax Band C (£88.22/month for 12 months if 2 working professionals are sharing, £132.33 if 1 person is a working professional and has single liability, FREE is like us you are a full time student).

EPC Band C

Rent ranges from £300-£325 depending on duration and what you bring to the household by way of stability (financial support, employment, UK Guarantor). It also depends on whether we all agree to sign up to WiFi.
