Hey! I’m looking for a student to rent the second bedroom in my flat over term time (dates/months are negotiable).
A little bit about me, i’m 20, in fourth year at Dundee uni. I’m a tidy, friendly person who enjoys a night in or out.
I have lived with others before so I’m hoping to rent to someone who wants to socialise but I also understand that it is nice to have your own space.
About the flat:
• Second floor, 2 bedroom flat
• It looks onto Dundee water front with views of the V&A.
• 10/15 minute walk to University of Dundee
• 10 minute walk to Dundee bus station and 3 minute walk to the train station
• Rent is £650 pm
• Bills are roughly £70 (Includes Energy bill, TV licence, WIFI, sky digital)
