• Rent: £437.5 per month + an advance of 1 month rent and deposit of £487.5
• Council tax: £77 per month (your share)
• Utilities: around £50 to £60 per month depending on the season

Location:
You honestly can't beat it. It's a 5 minute walk to Seagate bus station, right behind the Olympia, M&S and TK Maxx, and close to JD Gym on the Wellgate. Shops, buses and the city centre are all on your doorstep.

Ideally looking for a female or LGBTQ+ flatmate, and gay men are very welcome too.
