* Fully furnished room with double bed, dressing table/bedside tables and study/work table and office chair
* The rest of the flat is also fully furnished and ready to live in

* The 28 bus stop is super close by.
* Just a 10-minute walk to catch the 22 bus (perfect if you need to get to Ninewells!)

Ideal Flatmate & House Rules:
I am looking for another girl around my age who is clean, respectful, and looking for a peaceful home environment. Please note this is a quiet flat, so there is strictly no smoking, no vaping, preferably no drinking, and no dogs/cats.
