The flat is located in the centre of Dundee, only 5 minutes away from Seagate bus station and the shopping centre, and 10 minutes walk from the University campus.
The bills usually come out to 30£ per person (for electricity, wifi) plus the gas card for heating, which varies by season but no more than 20£ per person on the warmer months usually.
You’ll be sharing the flat with Mela, a lovely student at St Andrews and part time waitress who is often out, but always keeps the flat tidy. Reach out for any questions :)
