Only For professional WOMEN who need Mon to Friday stay. No response given if not in this criteria. For women who don't want to commute and need a Monday to Friday private and friendly stay then welcome to my quiet and comfortable home in central Dundee. In April 2027 I will have available 1 small double room with access to shared shower room/toilet. I currently have two other part time lodgers on same middle landing of 3 story Victorian house with live in landlady. There is a big kitchen and cosy snug lounge for hanging out, watching TV, having evening meal and use of washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc. Also Wifi and access to garden space. The house conforms to new fire safety regulations. For drivers there is on street parking and bus station/train station 10/ 20 mins walk away. Duncan of Jordonstone is 30 mins, Dundee University is 20 mins and Abertay University is 10 mins on foot. Utilities costs included in rent ( central heating used in winter Oct- April and selective individual heating May to Sept) No deposit but rent in advance please.
