Lovely double room available in a house. I'm the living landlord and looking for someone clean and someone who looks after the house well as cleanliness is very important to me.

All bills such as gas, electricity, TV license, council tax and WiFi are included. I clean the house and bathrooms weekly myself and like everything nice and clean.
The room is decorated to a high standard and has lots of storage space and is fully furnished and there is also a sofa and desk and chair in room not pictured.

All kitchen facilities are shared such as cutlery, pots and pans, plates etc so you won't need to bring your own. I also buy cleaning products for washing up dishes.
The room includes all bedding and extra sets if you require them.

The house is very warm and beautiful, it has a big kitchen and big garden. There is one bathrooms with a shower newly decorated.

Only a 5 minute drive to the city centre and there are also bus routes available to city centre and local amenities. Beautiful walks in the local nature reserve, very quiet and friendly neighbourhood.
Ideal for commute to Forfar or Aberdeen as the property is just off Forfar road so a 10 minute drive to Forfar and 50 minute drive to Aberdeen.

Plenty parking space available.
