Double Room Near City Centre - Flexi Term

This spacious and luminous bedroom would be suitable for a respectful, clean and thoughtful visitor, professional, or student.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the city centre by the Law Hill, It is a 15 min walk to the city centre through Dudhope Park, 20min to Abertay and close to a few bus stops (City Centre - Ninewells, KingsCross etc...). On-the-street parking just in front of the house is available.

The room itself is fully furnished. It has a very comfortable double bed. Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared. We are good at keeping the shared rooms fresh and clean.

There is also a garden where you can relax when the weather is inviting.

Another point worth mentioning, we are trying to do our best to recycle and it would be welcome to share the flat with someone who is like-minded in this respect...we are ourselves getting there slowly but it looks like a good thing to focus on.

Internet is available. Bills are included. There is a contribution during winter months when we start using the radiators (between 20 and 40).

Finally, there is a small rescued dog with an obsessive attachment to food! He is very clean, sleeps all day and hardly ever barks. He probably thinks he is a cat ....
