Double room for rent off a main street in Forfar, Angus. Plenty of on-street parking available. Quiet area, neighbours are nice. Right around the corner from main bus stops to get to Dundee, Arbroath etc. Close to the A90 for driving commutes (I commute from here to Aberdeen everyday so it's not too bad).
It's a really nice flat, brand new kitchen etc. Washing machine, drying line on the back green (communal access). Outside storage space. Shared living room (but I'm never home so it's pretty much always free). Shared bathroom with shower over bath.
Room itself is spacious but cozy, bit of a funny shape but a double bed fits in it no bother plus a wardrobe, chair, telly, anything you want really.
