Self Contained Annex

living and bedroom area

This flat offers a quiet comfortable place to stay within easy reach of the village amenities.
This accommodation would suit a single person or a couple working in the area.
There is access directly into the accommodation from the garden and parking either on the driveway or just outside in the quiet cul-de-sac. With living/bed room, kitchen and shower room you will be able to feel at home. You would share the garden which surrounds the whole property, but your privacy is always respected.
I have hens who live in the garden.
Transport options include a regular bus service north or south along the A92 with trains from Stonehaven or Montrose. Driving to north to Aberdeen, west into Aberdeenshire and south to Dundee or beyond is easy.
