Hi. We are are a semi retired couple living in a quiet village, Inverbervie, with all amenities, We have a large bedsit room (5m x 5m), en-suite (2.5m x 1.8m), IN A SEPARATE BUILDING. Our whole property is Council Tax band E.

We are ex-university professionals with two graduate "children", who have left home.

The room is very large with a pool table, fridge, microwave, kettle, table, futon (guest bed), bookcase and luxury ensuite shower. We can adjust the furniture to suit. All bills (electricity, weekly linen, council tax, satellite broadband) are included. There is free on-street parking or you can park in our drive, and a regular bus service to Aberdeen and Montrose. Some meals, lifts, extra laundry, etc could be provided by arrangement..

Inverbervie has a supermarket, medical practice, post office, chemist, chip shop, garage and 2 pubs. The pebble beach is a few minutes walk and there is a nice, flat walk south to Gourdon. The famous Dunnottar Castle is just up the road and there are several lovely beaches to the south. We have a 2 hens and 3 cats who are friendly.

We have a fixed energy deal and solar panels, so are not expecting any shock energy rises!
