Own sitting room with single bedroom

I have a large sitting room fully furnished with kettle, tv, fridge and a desk. The bedroom is single and has fitted wardrobe. Also free unlimited WIFI. All bills included in rent. This area has its own access and provides access to the garden area. Shared kichen and bathroom ........private area but shared access also from main house. Washing machine is also shared. I live just outside Dundee on a good bus route to city centre. Also on street parking available. I am happy to share with all ages. I work part time shift work. The accommodation is the bottom floor of my house. I expect tenent to sign contract and respect the property and house rules.
