I have a large furnished room that currently has a single bed but can easily accommodate at double/king.
I'm the upper maisonette of a traditional town house. All the rooms are large and airy. There's a shower room upstairs and a bathroom downstairs with shower. A kitchen with 6 seater table and a separate laundry room that I use for crafts.
I have a dog and older children that stay on occasion but I'm not their main residence.
The location is fantastic as I'm overlooking the parks at the front and gardens to the back.
Security deposit negotiationable.
Bills included... heating and hot water, wifi, plus I'll give you my family youtube access!
Food etc. not included but you can have access to my coffee and teas! I love my coffee!
