Need 2 Students! Spacious 3 bed maisonette

Hi, I'm a 22 y/o Computer Science student going into my third year. I'm in contact with estate agents regarding a spacious 3 bed maisonette in Stoke Gifford that is not yet on the market, however the current tenants, that I know, are leaving on the 2nd of October. It's an UNFURNISHED property with 2 very large double rooms and 1 smaller double room. It has a large living room and large kitchen and 2 toilets, 1 with a bath and shower. It costs £1,100 pm + bills (total).

I'm looking to put down deposits etc. ASAP as it will be going public and on the market next Wednesday.

I can get a photo of the hallway, third bedroom (however it's a little messy at the moment), and downstairs toilet.

It's ~5 min or less walk to Frenchay and buses
Roughly 20 minutes to Abbey Wood Retail Park
Right down the road from Stoke Park

I'm ideally looking for a mix of male and female, who like to socialise and go out every now and then, but know when to focus on work and give each other space, like to cook together sometimes and watch movies together, are tidy and respectful.
