The room is a chic, fully furnished, 1 bedroom studio, part of a private hall of residence brand new for September 2022.

In a fantastic, quiet location, under a 5-minute walk from campus (Wills Memorial) and the shops on Queens Road, as well as easy access to the centre of town.

Rent is inclusive of bills and utilities. Also covered by the rent is the hall amenities, which include a gym, a common area, a cinema room and study spaces. As this is for students only, no council tax is applicable.
