Two rooms to rent rooms on Canynge Road, a short walk from the bars and restaurants of Clifton Village, the suspension bridge, and with excellent transport links to the city centre.

Room 1 is available from May 1st, and is offered unfurnished, although some furniture may be purchased by negotiation with the current tenant. Boasts excellent views over the street and is the larger of the two rooms on offer. Extra storage space is available using the built in wardrobe. Approx 3.3m x 4.8m.

Room 2 is available from May 1st, although this could be earlier by negotiation with the current tenant. This room is unfurnished aside from a bed frame, and looks out over the rear garden towards Redland. Extra storage space is available using the built in wardrobe. Approx 3m x 3.5m.

The communal areas comprise of a good size kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, and rear decking as well as a small front garden. There’s ample storage throughout the house, and space to leave a bike in the hallway if required. Our landlady, Katherine, lives next door and manages both this property and the downstairs flat.

Myself and Tom are professionals working in and around Bristol and are looking for two similar housemates to join us in Number 12; we’re a relaxed, laid back house who like to keep things reasonably tidy and quiet, but do enjoy some drinks and nights out in the city. The house would suit younger, working professionals who are happy living in an older, slightly quirky property.
