This is a tenancy transfer, so we are looking for two others to take the apartment for the remainder of the tenancy, which expires on 01/09/24. The occupants will then have the opportunity to extend the contact for another 12 months if they so desire.
The apartment is situated in Hotwells - a stones throw from Clifton village. The apartment is modern, and comes with double-glazing, a fridge-freezer, washing machine, central heating, and a shower.
There are two bedrooms, a shower and toilet room, a combined kitchen-living room, and a small storage room. There is also bike storage which is secured.
The courtyard contains several spaces for parking. However, these spaces are not designated, so are essentially first-come-first-serve.
