Friendly home in Horfield

Hi all!

Our flatmate is moving closer to work at the end of the month so looking for someone to move in!

The house is a great location, very close to Gloucester road and with lots of buses into the city. It is also just down the road from Stoke Park which is amazing for walks in the summer.

You will be living with 2 male tenants and 2 female. Everyone is very friendly, tidy, and would be great to find someone who can fit in and is up for the occasional movie night/dinners but also appreciate privacy. This is a no party house but happy to have few drinks together or invite few friends.
There are two toilets and one shower, shared among the housemates. Additionally, we have one en-suite room that comes with its own private bathroom (not the room advertised). Downstairs toilet has a washing machine and tumble dryer, quite useful in the winter months.

The rent is £435 per month and bills are usually an extra £80-100 on top of that.

The double room is available from the 1st of May, 6 months contract and guarantor required.
