This furnished flat is located in a quiet area close to Gloucester Road. Horfield Common and a large Tescos is a 2 minute walk away. There is plenty of on-street parking and also a bus stop directly outside which takes you to the Centre, Southmead Hospital, Clifton Village and UWE.

I am looking for clean and respectful tenants who will look after the flat and be respectful of the property and towards neighbours. Professionals or mature students preferred. This would be ideal for a single young professional or young couple's first home (or friends if one person is willing to have a much smaller room than the other!).

One bedroom has a double bed and 2 narrow but tall wardrobes. The other room has a single bed and chest of drawers. The living room has a third wardrobe tucked away in the corner. The property does not come with pictures on the walls but plenty of hooks for you to choose your own artwork to hang up. The property also does not come with a TV, TV stand or coffee table. If there is a preference to bring own mattress, that's fine, otherwise they will be provided.

As well as the deposit (£1,000), there will be an admin fee of £40 per person, this is largely to cover Private Landlord Tenant Checks.
