The local bus and train station 8 minutes walk away.
Ten minutes drive to Ayr hospital, 20 minutes to Cross house hospital and Ayrshire central hospital.

The house was built in the 1800 is over 2 levels, with one double en-suite on the ground floor. The ground floor has a large entrance hall also a large bright relaxing LOUNGE/DINING area with fire place and high ceilings and fully furnished.
Shared large equipped KITCHEN ( utensils suppled). Each tenant has their own work space within the kitchen. Plenty of fridge and freezer space for all tenants. All tenants are supplied with a fridge in their room if required.

located on the middle landing staircase.
