Near to train / university / shopping . A high standard of ‘housekeeping’ will be expected and extra occasional guests are by permission only.. prefer term time only or weekdays only or other unusual combinations eg night shift or part year contracts . A slight reduction in rent may be negotiable for Monday to Friday only which is my ideal .. perhaps someone that needs a base in Ayr for certain times only? Not working from
