A truly special room in a stunning fully renovated Victorian home in the heart of Dunlop village.

The room is a generous double with an original open fireplace, beautiful bay window and more than enough space for a bed, sofa and desk. You'd have sole use of a shower room on the same floor, making it feel like your own private space on the ground floor while the rest of the household is upstairs.
You'd be sharing with me and my two children in a warm, relaxed and welcoming household. We're friendly but respect each other's space — this works best for someone who wants a proper home rather than just a room.

The house has a beautiful south-facing garden with decking and a stunning open plan kitchen/sitting room with skylights.

About the location:
Dunlop is a beautiful, welcoming village with a real sense of community — including a community-owned pub, local amenities and gorgeous open countryside. The road is quiet with open views across fields.

The train station is less than 10 minutes walk, with direct trains to Glasgow (around 30 minutes) and Kilmarnock (even less) — perfect for commuters.
