Comfy, quiet rooms in modern home

Living Room

I have two large double rooms to let in a newly refurbished home in Irvine. All bedding, linen and towels are supplied and laundered weekly.
It's a cozy family home with shared shower room, kitchen and living room. We have a lovely south facing enclosed garden with a large porch/sitooterie to relax in.
We are in a quiet residential area, situated by a local bus route and near the national cycle route with an easy commute to Crosshouse and Irvine hospitals.
There's access to Glasgow with both train and bus connections.
I'm preferably looking for professionals but I'm willing to consider all.
I keep a clean tidy home, I'm friendly and helpful and I look forward to making new friends with my tenants.
