The annex/suite accommodation with garden area has its own back door entry (down the left hand side of the house and entered via the back garden) to give guests privacy. The ground floor suite accommodation provides an open plan livingroom/double bedroom area with a full ensuite. There is also a seperate private kitchenette/utility area with own fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Washing machine shared with host.

On first entering the accomodation there is the kitchenette/utility which then leads by the way of a door, to a very spacious open plan double bedroom/livingroom area with seperate ensuite. The ensuite wetroom is newly refurbished and has a rainfall shower.

The suite accommodation is fully furnished. There is a full size comfy corner sofa, chest of drawers, wardrobe, side tables, and a double bed. The accomodation further benefits from a Smart 40 inch TV with access to Roku/Netflix/Prime Movies and Wifi. (fibre broadband) and central heating. There is off street private parking for guests.

Accommodation is ideal for Contractors. Contractor stays, 7 days per week £210 which equates to £30 a night (only if the 7 nights are booked). Or shorter lets, for example Monday to Friday (4 night) lets can be discussed directly, with the host, with regards to prices. All bills are included. It's a stunning property with fabulous accommodation offered

Accommodation is only available for single person use. Security deposit can be discussed for short term lodger work lets. References will be required.

The accomadation is 5 mins from Largs beach and 10 min walk along the main promenade to Largs town centre, with a choice of restaurants, shops, and pubs. There are two local sports centres with a gym. There is a local swimming pool with sauna, steam room facilities. Largs further benefits from two golf courses, a marina, several outdoor clubs and several parks and several walking/cycle routes.

There is a local bus stop (2 min walk) covering Glasgow, Paisley, Greenock and several other local areas. Largs train station with direct route to Glasgow and Paisley and is a 15 min walk. Local ferry to the island of Millport is close by, as is other local ferry routes.

Please note there is external recording Ring video cameras at external door entry points, which gives added security for guests, the host and neighbours.

Referances will be required plus valid government photo ID (driving licence/passport) will be required for verification. I'm ICO registered.

The guest annexe will have a once weekly bedding/towel change, ensuite cleaned etc, and at the same time the host will perform a weekly fire alarm & C0 test, plus a visual electrical appliance inspection. This will be at a mutually agreed time with the short term let guest and the host, with a 24hrs notice period given.

(This is to stay inline with the current short term let licence laws in Scotland and fire safety)

Licence number- NA00298F EPC rateing C. I am registered to comply with Scotlands short term let licence requirements and have a licence in place, as should any host, even if they are only renting a bedroom in their own home. No licence number, then its illegal. Therfore you may lose your deposit or accommodation, so please be aware of this.

I do not think you will find a better upmarket place/area to stay in Largs. Especially with regards to value, space (given accommodation size) and a friendly approach.
